The Inaugural Chicks n Chaps™ Women's Rodeo Clinic was
held August 8, 2008 in Missoula, Montana at the Missoula
Stampede Rodeo.
170 women attended this "fun" raiser to help fight breast
cancer. 'Chicks' met top cowboys from around the state,
were given tours of the bucking chutes and rodeo
equipment and enjoyed one on one time with professional
cowboys as well as great food and drinks from the "8
Second Saloon".
This ground school, complete with roping and riding
stations, concluded with a raffle, an auction of a custom
Montana Silversmiths Chicks n Chaps™ belt buckle and a
rodeo performance.
